While Goondiwindi received rain last week, we took the opportunity to hold our annual staff training day in preparation for cotton irrigation commencing.

These training days cover a range of important topics — from introducing new policies and procedures to revisiting WH&S practices, updating paperwork, and checking in with our team.

The day was a great success, and it was fantastic to catch up with everyone before our busy season begins.

We take great comfort in knowing our farm hands are well-prepared for the season ahead, equipped with the knowledge and confidence to work safely, efficiently, and cooperatively.
