After a busy 2 weeks recruiting, Shear Power has now filled all available positions for the initial start to our irrigation season. More casual farm hand positions are expected to be available towards November and any remaining, successful applications will be considered for these positions.
Our employees will now begin preparing for cotton irrigation by carrying out tasks such as pipe-throwing and pre-watering; watch this space to stay updated and learn about each step as we enter one of our busiest periods of the year!
